I know VAbeach doesn't milk on purpose. It was the championship game and im sure he was picking his plays perfectly to give himself the best chance to win.

For the most part we can all admit that VA didn't milk on purpose.

After the patch came out the commissioners took a look at the new audible system and discussed modifying the no-milking rule; but after reviewing the issue inside-and-out, the best solution we came up with was to leave the rule as is, and let the league know that even though there's a new audible system, owners should and are expected to adjust too it to the best of their ablility. -If the rule is broken, the rule is broken; there's no way around that.

KoachK, this is a joke!...I've played VaBeach and he doesn't milk the clock...there is clearly favoritism being shown by YOU to YOUR crew member. In the last couple of days you have single handedly tainted this league with your actions. In the vid Jeter is crying cause he took 22 seconds between plays!..ok, lets run through that...after the play the 40 second playclock starts...the average play lasts 2-3 seconds...that means he hiked the ball with 21 seconds left on the playclock...how is that milking? Jeter is the biggest baby in this league and quite frankly he is a joke and doesn't deserve to be in this league with all his crying...he even posted in the second page to kick him out....so did you?...cause when Wayne asked to be taken out, you took him out within 5 minutes...so have you kicked Jeter out? You have to be fair and can't show any favoritism as commish and this crying and games getting replayed for your crew is a load of crap...oh and on the ps3 tourney, your crew member Jeter gets a 1st round bye, 2nd round he doesn't play anyone and gets a 2-0 bye, his 3rd matchup VaBeach was on his way home to play and instead AGAIN you give Jeter a 2-0 bye, and finally he beats Satinder in his 4th match (his first actual match)...so if he would have lost to Satinder would there be a rematch? Apparently all it takes for a rematch is one accidental milk? Again, this is a joke

Win or lose people have the right to file complaints if they feel their opponent broke a rule here; there's no gray area when it comes to that, it's black and white.

You shouldn't be disrespecting Mdolla like that, he just stated confidence in VA; he didn't call you out of your name, tell you to shut up, or insult you.

If you're not going to follow through on a complaint to the end, there's no point in filing it. There was way too much time wasted on this situation if that truly is the case.

Dealing with petty feuds, temper-tantoms, and outlandish assumptions these past few days has been a very disappointing experience to say the least. Many of you really need to look inward and realize that the rules here apply to everyone and will be enforced; the integrity of the league is the most important thing it has. These leagues are supposed to be fun and competitive, but too many of you let your egos get in the way of that. Remebmer, we're playing VIDEO GAMES here; winning or losing in this doesn't validate you as people, life is much bigger than that, and I really feel like I shouldn't have to remind people of that, but I guess I have to here.

It's not favortism towards my crewmember TD; he broke the rule, and the evidence shows that. These past two days have had issues that revolved around people breaking the no-milking rule; no matter how it looks, the fair decision must be made. We all know what milking is, and in those two situations, that was milking, no matter how you try to dress it up.

Jeter isn't the only one that has whined or has been unsportsmanlike in this league, and that's why the rules were updated to address those issues.

I'm in the middle of responding to multiple people at the same time here; if Jeter hasn't already resigned, he will be removed from all C4 leagues like Wayne, or anyone else that said they quit.

Everything that you mentioned about Jeter in the PS3 tourney was coinicidental; he got a first round bye because he was one of the first few to sign up, and that's explained in the tourney details. If someone's opponent doesn't show up for a tournament game by the deadline, they would obviously have to forefeit the game; the deadlines weren't going to be moved for any reason, these tournaments aren't going to drag on longer than they have to because of mis/non communication issues. VA Beach had two games to play; one on the 360 side, and one on the PS3 side right before midnight; the fact that he was able to get at least one of those in is a credit to him, but Jeter and VA had no way to know if he was going to have an emergency that night. Just like an offline tourney, if you're not able to make your match at a certain time, you have to forefeit, no matter what the reason is; the tourney has to move on. Last but not least; there wasn't an issue in Satinder v Jeter game, and if there was, they're both expected to report the issue.

Fairness and Respect are paramount here at C4; not striving to uphold those values, no matter what, wouldn't make this a place that me or anyone else would want to be part of. anytime this rule is enforced, there is always an uproar and everyone starts crying and complaining. even when i got my game overturned vs VaBeach there was the same kinda uproar and that was before the audible system change

i have a feeling this won't be the last time we deal with this issue which I think milking happens on both sides in every game which makes it difficult to force a replay. unless we are watching the whole games it isn't fair to say that one person is milking without seeing what has happened all game. And with the new audible system, everyones view on milking will be different, until the 4th qtr because whoever is losing will feel like they are getting milked. I have a feeling a something big has been opened up with Wayne's milking accusation and now with this 1.
