Not playmaker like the thing to make your receiver run which way you want on the pass. He is talking about on defense when you push "a" on a player to change his zone, blitz, contain, etc.

That "patch" already came out; but the alternative to using the strategy pad wasn't truly what we had in Madden '10, so most people just adapted to the Madden '11 playmakering (O+D hotroutes, adjustments, shifts, etc) option at that point.
